Check out some of the virtual programs we’ve done so far. Big or small events – we can assist with booking, planning, and preparing a diverse array of engagement opportunities, and work with your team members to keep them motivated.

Why How To Concerts? Because we care. We work really hard for even the smallest events. Our mission is to keep your audience engaged and entertained.

Let’s talk virtual events! OR, talk to us about a socially distanced in-person event, live streamed to the rest of campus. Here is a brainstorm of possibilities. There are so many more options too!

Celebrity Q&As

Trevor Noah, Will Ferrell, Van Jones, David Dobrik, Addison Rae, Bowen Yang, Hari Kondabolu, and hundreds of others!! We’ll give you ideas based on budget and tell you how to make it engaging, increase your social media followers, and get your marketing further.

Concerts

We can give you thousands of options, and talk through the pros and cons of each virtual hosting platform, how to include Q&A elements, how to optimize the audio and video quality, as well as discuss how to do socially distanced small events, live streamed to a wider campus audience.

Rap Battles & Comedy Roasts

This is so perfect for rival schools on an athletic game day! We can show you how this works and help both schools book their artist.

Speakers/Lectures

Inspire, innovate, and inform your students, even virtually.

Virtual Speaking Event/Conversation

Craig A. Ford presents an interactive conversation and presentation titled “Creating College Communities where #blacklivematter: Pandemic Edition.”

Cooking classes

From local chef options to celebrity chefs, we know the one key to tripling your attendance. We have a great cooking class option for $600 with a chef that appeared on season 7 of Food Network’s “Food Network Star,” but can also give you prices and info for hosting Antoni Porowski and more. Welcome week ice cream social is canceled? Let’s talk about a virtual cooking class featuring your campus president!

Drag Bingo

We provide easy directions, an accessible caller window, and you choose a famous drag queen bingo caller from our lists of queens featured on RuPaul’s Drag Race. Price range is generally between $1500-3500 for many queens. NOTE: We offer “routed” prices when we book two different events with the same queen in the same night.

Celebrity/Athlete/Comedy Bingo

We provide directions, an accessible caller window, and you choose your caller. We’ll help you book amazing star power callers and facilitate a sound check for all. NOTE: Have a campus celebrity you want to be the caller? No problem! For a small fee we’ll send you easy to follow directions, provide coaching to the caller and team, and provide services throughout the event.

Trivia with a celebrity

We hook you up with the trivia content, and you choose the celebrity host. We help you put all the pieces together to produce a popular program. Examples: Stanley hosts The Office trivia or Dan Levy hosts Schitt’s Creek trivia.

Meditative moments or Yoga Flow

Relax with select musicians/celebrities – the perfect star-powered de-stress moment.

DIY projects/contests with comedians, illustrators, etc.

Need someone with star power to inspire your students? We have incredible ideas/options. From Nick Offerman helping your students with a DIY project to a Comic Illustrator working your students through drawing exercises, let’s talk through the options!

Got another idea? We’re listening. Our blog has lots of useful info.

But our brains have more info. We can’t wait to connect, tell you what we’ve learned, what works, and how to execute virtual as well as socially distanced events.
